2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original packaging. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your infant accessories safe for babies? Yes! We only carry products made with baby-safe materials: BPA-free silicone, food-grade plastics, OEKO-TEX certified or organic fabrics, and non-toxic dyes. All items meet or exceed U.S. safety standards (CPSIA compliant). Always supervise young babies and follow age guidelines on each product.

7. How do I care for the products?

  • Silicone items (bibs, teethers): Dishwasher safe (top rack) or hand wash with warm soapy water.
  • Fabric items (mittens, hats, burp cloths): Machine wash cold, gentle cycle; tumble dry low.
  • Bottle accessories: Hand wash or dishwasher safe – check individual labels. Specific care instructions are included with each product to keep them clean and lasting longer.
